Desarrollo de la Capacidad Aeróbica en Futbolistas Adolescentes: Efectos de un Entrenamiento Específico al Deporte en Comparación con Entrenamiento Continuo e Interválico

Resumen

El objetivo del estudio fue comparar los efectos del entrenamiento aero?bico en el consumo ma?ximo de oxigeno (VO2ma?x) y la velocidad aero?bica ma?xima (VAM) despue?s de cinco semanas en las que se aplicaron tres me?todos de entrenamiento: continuo, interva?lico y especi?fico. Se llevo? a cabo un muestreo de tipo no probabili?stico, de participantes voluntarios con un total de 23 jugadores de fu?tbol masculinos que residen en la zona urbana del estado de Quere?taro, de 12.8 ± 0.75 an?os de edad y con un peso de 48.14 ± 9.84. De manera aleatoria se dividio? la poblacio?n (n=23) en tres grupos: el Grupo Continuo Uniforme Intensivo (CUI; n=8), el Grupo Interva?lico intensivo (HIIT; n=7) y el Grupo de Juegos Reducidos (SSG; n=8). El VO2ma?x y la VAM se estimaron de manera indirecta mediante el 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test. Se prescribieron tres programas de entrenamiento donde la frecuencia de entrenamiento fue de 3 sesiones por semana, y en donde el volumen estuvo equiparado y ondulo? de manera ascendente (10-20 min/sesio?n) al igual que la intensidad (65-100% Velocity Intermittent Fitness Test). El VO2ma?x aumento? en los tres grupos (CUI: 11.3%, p= <.05, d=3.22; SSG: 9.95%, p= <.05, d=2.75; HIIT: 6.44%, p= <.05, d=2.66), asi? como la VAM: (CUI: 16.79%, p= <.05; SSG: 14.60%%, p= <.05; HIIT: 9.27%%, p= <.05). Tanto el entrenamiento CUI como el SSG y el HIIT son efectivos para el aumento del VO2ma?x y la VAM a corto plazo en futbolistas adolescentes.
